The good thing is they added the sign so we can now remember when/what/where it was taken! This is Mrs. Shafer's afternoon kindergarten class, of 1956 (!!) Are we not the cutest kids you have ever seen? Ok, fellow Pirates, who's (front row, right) "bow tie guy?"

REUNION LODGING

For those who no longer have family living in the area, we have reserved a block of rooms at the MICROTEL INN & SUITES, 9371 State Route 14, Streetsboro. The group rate for one (1) queen bed is $65.95. The rate for two (2) queen beds is $70.95, plus sales and city tax on both size rooms. The last date for making reservations for our August 7 and 8 reunion is Wednesday, July 15, 2009. Reservations made after July 15th will go at the regular room rate of $79.95 for 1 queen room, $89.95 for 2 queen rooms. We have 10 single queen rooms and 20 double queen rooms blocked off for reunion. Sorry, but 10 single queen rooms is all they had available to block off for us. Should we exceed the 30 room reservations, Microtel will provide us with additional rooms as long as they have availability. When making reservations, please let Microtel Inn & Suites know you are reserving a room for the RHS 1969 reunion. Be sure to indicate whether you want a smoking or non-smoking room when making your reservations. Also be sure to get a confirmation number. Microtel's toll free telephone number is 1-800-771-7171. The local number is 1-330-422-1234. We realize the price per room is a bit steep, but with all the events going on in the area, it is the best deal in town. We are looking forward to seeing you all in August for our 40th reunion! "Don't let a little dispute injure a great relationship.
